ECM ? KCM? Which one>

ECM & KCM

Hey guys, have you heard about Kuantan City Mall (KCM)? And East Coast Mall (ECM)?

Both of them are the popular mall in Kuantan other than Gio Mall, Kuantan Parade and Mega Mall. KCM mall were built side by side to ECM but interestingly, both of them were visited regularly.

KCM is a new popped out mall in Kuantan that provides most favoured outlets in Malaysia namely, KFC, MacDonalds, Dubuyo, Kaison, Parkson, Vern’s, Yubiso, and many more. KCM is the duplicate of East Coast Mall (ECM) but significantly with better cinema, MBO and other new outlets which is unavailable in ECM like Kaison. Although, ECM is further preferable in their presentation of outlets placing, KCM seemingly gain competative attention from consumer.

I assume that KCM and ECM did not plan to share their customer but turns out, the customer are willingly to cross the zebra lines across the road and enter KCM through the back door. I suggest that KCM should build a proper entrance for customer from KCM and both of them should work together to provide a proper walkway for their customer because the road that they used to cross over somehow became busy and trafficked with car moving slower to give ways to pedestrians. This is a new and interesting ritual of their customer. Hopefully, both of them will not crash the other because I believe, Kuantan youngster somehow liked both of them.

I didn’t have much specific information of the mall but ECM has AEON & DAISO while KCM has MBO and KAISON. That is the reasons I will be visiting both.

Okay so I asked my friends, which one do she prefer?

She prefer ECM because it is more complete. ECM has all kinds of outlets providing wears, convenience mall (AeonBig), drugstores (both Guardian & Watson) and a bookstore. While KCM’s convenience mall itself is a bit pricey. Perhaps KCM tried to stand with thicker layer of luxury but ECM seemingly unbeatable.

It is confusing to argue and talk about both of them since KCM is not fully invested so when I finished gather information with more details, I will write a real proper descriptions on both of them.
